Our kitchen is the heart of the homestay. Local spices, plantation pepper, fresh produce from our garden and recipes lovingly passed down through five generations.
Malnad cuisine is built around rice, jaggery, coconut, kokum, freshly ground spices and the bold black pepper that grows on our estate.
We don't serve "buffet-style" food. Every meal is freshly cooked, served warm and refilled until you're truly satisfied. Vegetarian, non-vegetarian and Jain options available with prior notice.
